先日の100 Greatest Songs of the 80sの話の続きですが、
Joe Perry (Aerosmith)考案のホットソースが気になって仕方がなかったので、
ネットで調べてみました。
すると、Joe Perryのオフィシャルサイトに製品概要が載っているのを発見しました。
まずはボーンヤード・ブリュー味の説明文から。

原材料を見てみると、文字通り（スパイシーな）ホットソースのようです。
サルサソースみたいな感じでしょうか。
で、マンゴタンゴ味の方は
Includes 3.75 Ounces of fresh habanero peppers, tropical mangos, juicy peaches onions
and garlic, tangy squeezed lime juice, red bell peppers, and aged red wine vinegar.
…という事で、マンゴーとピーチが入っているぶん甘口になっているのではないかと。
ウェブサイトの「RECIPES」の項目をクリックすると、ファンが投稿したホットソースを
使った料理のレシピまで載っていました（ポークチョップの作り方とか）。
ちなみにペリー氏は先日の番組で「ステーキにかけるとおいしい」と言っていましたが。
今日の夕飯は何かホットソース系のものにしようと思った次第。
